About the Role
Join our team to connect talented healthcare professionals with top-tier facilities across the country. We are seeking a motivated Healthcare Recruiter to identify, engage, and place qualified candidates in fast-paced healthcare settings. This is a 100% remote position offering competitive compensation. Must be available to work within 15 days' notice.

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare candidates—including Registered Nurses (RNs), Respiratory Therapists, Radiology Technologists, Physical Therapists, and other specialized clinicians.

Manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to onboarding and placement.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of nursing and allied health talent to meet high-volume staffing needs.
Maintain clear, continuous communication with candidates and internal account managers to ensure smooth placements.

Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of proven recruiting experience in Travel Nursing, Per Diem Nursing, or Allied Health recruitment.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong candidate sourcing and negotiation capabilities.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
