JOB OVERVIEW

iCare Financial Corp. is seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our growing team!**

We are looking for a motivated and professional Junior Recruiter who is interested in building a career in recruitment. No recruitment experience is required. Candidates with up to 1 year of recruitment experience are also welcome to apply.

If you have strong English communication skills, are organized, comfortable speaking with people, and willing to learn, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify potential candidates through OnlineJobs.ph and other recruiting channels.
• Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet job requirements.
• Conduct initial Zoom screening interviews with prospective candidates.
• Evaluate candidates' communication skills, experience, and overall suitability for available positions.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between qualified candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interviews and application status.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future openings.
• Assist with posting and managing job advertisements.
• Work closely with senior recruiters and management to understand hiring needs.
• Complete recruitment-related administrative tasks as needed.

Skills & Qualifications
• No recruitment experience required.
• Candidates with up to 1 year of recruitment experience are welcome to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with candidates through Zoom.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and established processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and candidates.
• Professional and respectful communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and web-based tools.
• Experience working with a **US-based company** is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with an **ATS, CRM, OnlineJobs.ph, or recruiting platform** is a plus, but not required.

This Position May Be a Good Fit If You Have Experience In:
