JOB OVERVIEW

Highlands Realty LLC is seeking an experienced full-stack developer to perform an independent, read-only continuity and takeover audit of an existing custom real estate website.

This is not a website rebuild and is not initially a permanent position. The purpose is to determine whether another qualified developer could assume responsibility for the website without assistance from its current developer.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Applicants must have demonstrated production experience with:

* Next.js and React
* TypeScript and JavaScript
* Prisma ORM
* PostgreSQL
* Git and GitHub organizations
* Vercel deployments and environment variables
* APIs, webhooks and third-party integrations
* DNS and domain configuration
* System documentation, backups and developer handoffs

SCOPE OF AUDIT

The selected auditor will receive controlled, primarily read-only access and will be asked to:

1. Confirm that the company controls all critical website accounts and assets.
2. Review the GitHub repository for completeness, organization and maintainability.
3. Determine whether the application can be installed and deployed from the available repository and documentation.
4. Review the Vercel configuration, deployment process and required environment variables.
5. Identify the PostgreSQL database location, ownership, schema, migrations and backup procedures.
6. Account for required API keys, integrations, forms, email services, HubSpot connections and future IDX dependencies.
7. Determine whether another qualified developer could maintain, restore and continue developing the website without assistance from the current developer.
8. Identify missing documentation, credentials, backups, configurations or dependencies.
9. Estimate the hours required to correct any deficiencies.

DELIVERABLE

Provide a concise written report answering:

* Can another qualified developer take over today?
* Can the website be deployed and restored without the current developer?
* Does Highlands Realty control every critical website asset?
* What documentation, access or configuration is missing?
* Are there security, ownership or business-continuity risks?
* Is the architecture reasonable and maintainable?
* What work and estimated hours are required to resolve deficiencies?

PROJECT TERMS

* Fixed compensation: $250
* Expected time: approximately 8 to 10 hours
* No changes, deletion, migration or deployment without written authorization
* All information and source code must remain confidential
* Potential future work may be available following the audit but is not guaranteed

HOW TO APPLY

Please provide:

1. Your GitHub profile.
2. Two examples of production applications using Next.js, TypeScript, Prisma and PostgreSQL.
3. A brief description of your experience with Vercel deployments and environment variables.
4. Your availability and estimated completion time.
5. Confirmation that you accept the $250 fixed project price.
6. A brief answer: Why is having source code in GitHub not necessarily the same as having a complete, transferable and recoverable website system?

Applications without a GitHub profile and relevant production examples will not be considered.
