Our fast-growing CPA firm is looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to own the day-to-day execution and coordination of our digital marketing engine. You will turn high-level strategy and content into polished campaigns across email, social media, YouTube, paid media, website funnels, and other digital channels—while ensuring projects, vendors, deadlines, and performance tracking are managed with precision. This role is ideal for a strong marketer who combines exceptional copywriting, sharp marketing judgment, strong analytics, and disciplined marketing operations.

Responsibilities
Copywriting & Content Creation – Write compelling copy across social media, paid advertisements, landing pages, websites, PR responses, email, SMS, and other marketing channels; help research, develop, and refine short-form and long-form video scripts while maintaining a consistent and engaging brand voice.
Content Marketing & Repurposing – Turn long-form videos, technical source material, and other core content into short-form videos, social posts, emails, articles, and other marketing assets; develop YouTube titles, hooks, thumbnail concepts, descriptions, and creative angles designed to increase engagement.
Marketing Operations & Campaign Execution – Own the marketing calendar and coordinate campaigns from idea through execution, ensuring content, emails, SMS, social posts, advertisements, and other initiatives are properly built, reviewed, scheduled, tested, and launched on time.
Social Media, Email & CRM Management – Manage publishing across the firm's primary social platforms and execute email/SMS campaigns, lead nurture sequences, automations, forms, workflows, landing pages, and funnels using GoHighLevel and other marketing platforms.
Website & Funnel Optimization – Manage routine WordPress and landing-page updates, improve website and funnel copy, identify conversion opportunities, and coordinate more advanced website or development needs with external resources when necessary.
Analytics & Growth Optimization – Track and analyze performance across YouTube, social media, email, website traffic, funnels, SEO, and paid advertising; develop recurring performance reports and use data to recommend and test improvements to copy, creative, offers, campaigns, and conversion rates.
Paid Media, SEO & Vendor Management – Monitor paid advertising and SEO performance, recommend new creative concepts and growth opportunities, and manage agencies, video editors, designers, PR partners, web developers, and other vendors to ensure quality work, timely delivery, and measurable results.
Quality Control, Systems & Ownership – Review marketing deliverables for accuracy, quality, brand consistency, functioning links, and proper execution; build and improve SOPs, checklists, and workflows; proactively identify problems and opportunities and take ownership of ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
The Ideal Candidate
- At least 3 years of full-time experience in digital marketing, content marketing, paid media, marketing operations, or related field
- Exceptional Copywriting Skills: Comfortable writing video scripts, website copy, email, SMS, social media, advertisements, landing pages, and other marketing materials
- Marketing Technology Experience: Experience with platforms such as WordPress, HighLevel, CRM/email marketing automation platforms, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, YouTube Studio, and related digital tools
- Fast Learner: Able to quickly learn our business, audience, services, technical subject matter, systems, and marketing processes
- High Attention to Detail – Able to catch copy errors, incorrect links, missed deadlines, campaign setup mistakes, and quality issues before they reach the public
