Part-Time | 15-20 Hours per Week | $5 USD per Hour

About the Role

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Real Estate Media Quality Control & Photo Editing Assistant to support a growing US-based real estate media company.

Your primary responsibility will be reviewing a high volume of real estate photos and spotting anything that could negatively affect the final delivery. This may include inconsistent colors, poor lighting, crooked verticals, visible reflections, editing artifacts, missed window pulls, unwanted objects, or missing files.

Small edits, file organization, quality control, and delivery support will all be part of the role. You will help ensure every project is accurate, complete, organized, and ready for delivery to the client.

This position is ideal for someone who notices small details, enjoys organized workflows, and takes pride in consistently high-quality work.

Schedule

- Approximately 15-20 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- Must be available during US morning hours (8AM - 11AM)
- Weekly hours may vary slightly depending on project volume
- Some scheduling flexibility may be available
- Must attend scheduled team meetings when required

Responsibilities

- Review and quality-check a high volume of real estate photos and media
- Identify editing problems, inconsistencies, and missing deliverables
- Make small photo and media edits when needed
- Review images processed through AutoHDR or similar workflows
- Check color, exposure, alignment, window views, and overall consistency
- Organize, rename, and manage project files
- Upload and organize completed media in the delivery system
- Attach floorplans, virtual tours, videos, and other project media
- Confirm every project is accurate and complete before client delivery
- Provide general media delivery and administrative support
- Communicate problems clearly and proactively with the team
- Meet deadlines while maintaining consistently high quality

- Proactive, responsive, and comfortable asking questions
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Dependable and consistent with deadlines

Helpful Experience

Experience with one or more of the following is a plus, but familiarity with every platform is not required:

- Adobe Lightroom
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Spiro
- AutoHDR
- HDPhotoHub or similar media delivery platforms
- Other photo, video, file-management, or real estate media tools

Previous experience in any of these areas is also helpful:

- Real estate photo editing
- Photo or video quality control
- Airbnb or short-term rental media
- File organization and media delivery
- Remote work with a US-based team

Training will be provided for company-specific systems and workflows.

Compensation

$5 USD per hour

This is a part-time position with approximately 15–20 hours of work per week.
