About the Possition
I am seeking a long-term partner to join my core team. This role is built for someone who takes pride in doing exceptional work, wants to understand the "why" behind a business, and is looking for a place where their contributions genuinely matter.

You won’t be given a rigid manual for every scenario. Instead, you will be given the tools, guidance, and support to master our operations, sharpen your skills, and eventually help guide and train others as we scale.

What You’ll Be Doing

Client Experience: Guide clients through our intake process, manage core email communications, prepare for meetings, support clients through the school year, and ensure seamless follow-ups and reminders.

Content & Messaging: Draft marketing emails, blog content, and reply to social posts. Through this you will learn about the work we do and support parents that need help.

Business Operations: Learn the core mechanics of our services so you can spot client pain points and help us solve them.

Team Growth: As you gain mastery, you will help document our processes and assist in onboarding future team members. We hope you grow in this position beyond a VA to a member of the team with the skills to support post meeting document reviews. As you grow and build trust with the company so will your responsibilities and salary.

Proficient English: Strong written and verbal communication for direct client interaction and content creation.

US Schedule Alignment: Comfortably working US Mountain Standard Time (MST) hours on a permanent basis to sync with our primary operations. The anticipated online hours are 1am to 9am.
