JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for a reliable, proactive VA with hands on experience managing cold email campaigns.

Your initial primary responsibility will be managing our outbound email campaigns designed to book qualified podcast guests and sales opportunities.

Responsibilities will include launching and monitoring campaigns, managing replies, following up with interested prospects, keeping lead information organized, helping move qualified prospects to booked calls, monitoring campaign performance, and keeping our CRM updated.

Experience with tools such as Smartlead, Instantly, Apollo, or similar cold email platforms is strongly preferred.

This role is designed to grow as the company grows. Over time, responsibilities may expand into podcast operations, content coordination, client onboarding, CRM management, hiring coordination, and general business operations.

We are looking for someone who wants to grow into a long term operations role, not someone interested only in completing isolated tasks.
