JOB OVERVIEW

**Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales & Booking Coordinator to join our cleaning services team on a part-time basis, with the potential to transition to full-time based on performance, reliability, and business needs.

This is a client-facing role responsible for managing incoming leads, converting inquiries into confirmed bookings, coordinating schedules, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, confident communicating with clients, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities
-Respond promptly to inbound leads through calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries
-Convert inquiries and quotes into confirmed bookings
-Follow up with leads regarding quotes, missed calls, and unanswered inquiries
-Maintain and update the booking calendar accurately
-Coordinate cleaning schedules with providers and the operations team
-Handle rescheduling requests, cancellations, and client questions
-Monitor bookings and ensure all necessary information is accurate and complete
-Maintain accurate records in our CRM and booking systems
-Communicate professionally and promptly with clients and cleaning providers
-Help identify opportunities to increase bookings and reduce cancellations
-Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process
Requirements
-Previous experience in sales, booking, customer service, or a similar role (service-based industry preferred)
-Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
-Comfortable and confident handling phone calls and speaking with clients
-Strong sales and follow-up skills
-Highly organized and detail-oriented
-Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
-Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
-Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
-Noise-canceling headset required for phone calls
-Must be available to work weekends and within fixed MST hours
-Willingness to start part-time with the possibility of transitioning to full-time
Schedule

Part-Time: Schedule and weekly hours will be discussed during the interview.

Potential Full-Time: Candidates who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and consistency may have the opportunity to increase their hours and transition to a full-time position.
