# Amazon FBA Virtual Assistant — USA & Australia

**Position:** Amazon FBA Virtual Assistant
**Marketplaces:** Amazon USA ???????? & Amazon Australia ???????? I am building and growing an Amazon FBA business selling in the USA and Australia.

I am looking for an experienced Amazon FBA Virtual Assistant who can help with product research, Seller Central management, listings, inventory, competitor research and general Amazon operations.

This is NOT a beginner position.

You must have real hands-on experience working inside Amazon Seller Central.

## Main Responsibilities

### Amazon Seller Central

* Manage day-to-day Seller Central tasks
* Monitor Account Health
* Monitor listing status and suppressed listings
* Monitor Buy Box and pricing
* Check customer messages
* Handle basic Seller Support cases
* Monitor returns and refunds
* Identify potential account issues and report them immediately

### Product Research

* Research products for Amazon USA and Australia
* Analyse demand and competition
* Research competitors
* Analyse pricing and estimated profitability
* Identify potential product opportunities
* Research keywords
* Prepare product research reports
* Recommend products for further investigation

### Amazon FBA

* Monitor FBA inventory
* Track inventory levels
* Identify potential stockouts
* Assist with restock planning
* Create/assist with FBA shipments
* Monitor inbound shipments
* Track stranded and excess inventory
* Help investigate lost or damaged inventory
* Assist with reimbursement claims where appropriate

### Listing Management

* Create and optimise product listings
* Write/optimise titles
* Write bullet points
* Optimise product descriptions
* Conduct keyword research
* Monitor listing quality
* Identify listing improvement opportunities
* Assist with A+ Content where applicable

### Amazon PPC

* Monitor PPC campaigns
* Track advertising spend
* Monitor ACOS/TACOS and conversion
* Identify wasted advertising spend
* Recommend keyword and campaign improvements
* PPC management experience is highly preferred

### Reporting

Prepare a weekly report showing:

* Sales
* Units sold
* Revenue
* Advertising spend
* ACOS/TACOS
* Inventory
* Best-selling products
* Slow-moving products
* Important account issues
* Recommended actions

## Required Experience

You MUST have:

* Hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience
* Amazon FBA experience
* Experience with Amazon USA
* Strong English communication
* Good Google Sheets/Excel skills
* Ability to work independently
* Strong attention to detail
* Reliable internet connection

### Strongly Preferred

Experience with:

* Amazon Australia
* Helium 10
* Keepa
* SellerAmp
* Jungle Scout
* Sellerboard
* Amazon PPC
* Wholesale sourcing
* Private label
* FBA inventory management

Experience managing both Amazon USA and Australia is a major advantage.
