JOB OVERVIEW

Media Buyer Needed — Manage 30+ Meta Ad Accounts for School Marketing Campaigns (Philippines)

We're a Miami-based enrollment marketing agency working exclusively with charter and private schools across the U.S. We run Meta ad campaigns for our school clients, each spending roughly $50–$100/day, and we need a dedicated media buyer to manage a portfolio of ~30 of these accounts.

This is not a high-budget, e-commerce-style media buying role. You won't be managing six-figure monthly ad spend or experimenting with cutting-edge scaling strategies. This role is about consistency, precision, and follow-through — launching campaigns correctly, monitoring performance daily, adjusting for CPL/CPC, and keeping every account on track without things falling through the cracks.

What you'll be doing:
Launching and managing Meta ad campaigns across ~30 school client accounts
Monitoring KPIs (CPL, CPC, CTR, budget pacing) and making optimization decisions
Writing creative briefs for our internal creative team based on campaign performance and market/audience insight
Following our pre-launch approval process (all changes require written sign-off via ---------- /Slack before going live)
Managing budgets exactly as approved — no unauthorized changes
Reporting on account performance at agreed intervals
Flagging underperforming accounts proactively, before they become client-facing problems
Working inside GoHighLevel and ---------- daily

You qualify if:
You have hands-on experience managing multiple Meta ad accounts simultaneously (5+ preferred)
You have real GoHighLevel experience — not just familiarity, actual working knowledge
You're comfortable with repetitive, process-driven work and don't need variety to stay engaged
You follow instructions precisely and don't launch anything without approval
You respond to messages within the same business day, every time
You can look at a KPI dashboard and immediately know what's underperforming and why
You can write a clear, useful creative brief for a design/video team without hand-holding
You meet deadlines regardless of time zone
You're organized enough to track 30 accounts without mixing up client names, budgets, or creative

You don't qualify if:
You've only ever managed 1–2 ad accounts at a time
You have no GoHighLevel experience
You're looking for a role where you'll be doing high-level strategy or making budget decisions independently
You get bored easily with repetitive work and are looking for something more "creative" or fast-paced
You've primarily worked with large ad budgets ($10k+/month per account) and are used to aggressive scaling
You need frequent check-ins or hand-holding to stay on task
You're not available to work independently with minimal real-time supervision
You have a history of missing deadlines or going quiet mid-project

Tools you'll use daily: Meta Ads Manager, GoHighLevel, ---------- , Slack

This is a long-term, ongoing role for the right person — we're not looking for someone who'll do this for a few months and move on. If you thrive on doing the same high-quality process over and over, hitting your numbers, and being someone we can hand a task to and never have to follow up on twice, this is for you.
