Business On Purpose helps construction business owners escape daily chaos and build real, functioning companies. We're hiring a Marketing Coordinator to own one job: get the right people in the room — then build the team that keeps doing it.
You'll build and run the outreach that fills our lunch & learns, workshops, and speaking events: sourcing prospect lists, running invite and follow-up sequences, and owning the show-rate number every week. Once that's proven, you'll recruit, train, and manage the people under you who help run it — and eventually take on other marketing channels the same way.
We're hiring a leader who can build a system, then build a team to run that system.
What you need:
Strong written and spoken English — you'll be on calls with us and eventually leading your own team
Experience with outreach, CRM, or lead-gen work (we use a version of GHL)
Experience managing or training other people and building marketing teams
Full-time availability, long-term
Note: if you do not have experience building and leading marketing teams for outbound and inbound leads, please do not apply
What we're looking for in you:
Tenacious — you don't let a list or a lead go cold
A team builder — you think about how to replicate yourself, not just how to get through your own to-do list
Self-directed — you don't need to be micromanaged to hit a number
Honest — you tell us what's working and what isn't, every week, without being asked twice
Pay: full-time, weekly pay to start, 90 day trial, then competitive salary
Reports to: Director of Marketing & Sales, weekly check-in

Some items to cover in your video….
-Introduce yourself
-Describe a time you had to get a group of people to show up to an event, or trained someone to take over a task you used to do yourself
-Describe how you have built teams to create inbound leads through live events
-Describe how you have used social media to support in person events
-Walk us through how you'd fill 12 seats for a business lunch if we handed you a list of 200 local contractors. Give us your actual first three steps, not a theory.
