Curl & Co Beauty is a growing beauty business specialising in lash and brow services. We are passionate about creating beautiful results while providing our clients with a personalised, high-quality experience from the moment they discover our business to long after their appointment.
As the business continues to grow, we're looking for a creative, organised and proactive Virtual Assistant to support the behind-the-scenes side of Curl & Co Beauty.

As the business owner, I spend the majority of my time customer-facing and working directly with clients. I'm looking for someone who can help take some of the content creation, organisation and client follow-up tasks off my plate, allowing me to focus more of my time on delivering an incredible experience in the studio.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling social media content across relevant platforms
- Editing Instagram Reels and short-form video content in line with the Curl & Co Beauty brand and current social media trends
- Assisting with brainstorming creative content ideas, trends, hooks and concepts
- Repurposing existing content into engaging social media posts
- Helping organise and maintain a consistent content calendar
- Writing captions and assisting with on-brand content copy
- Creating simple, on-brand Canva graphics for social media, marketing and client communication
- Adapting existing Canva templates to create consistent branded content
- Assisting with the creation of branded digital resources, promotional materials and other marketing assets
- Assisting with the design and formatting of branded guides, resources and educational materials using Canva
- Following up with clients after their appointments with personalised messages encouraging them to leave a Google review or testimonial
- Organising and keeping track of client testimonials, reviews and other social proof for future marketing purposes
- Assisting with other content, marketing and administrative tasks as required

To be eligible, you will need access to:

Must-haves:

- Excellent English writing and typing skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Canva and CapCut is highly regarded. Experience with scheduling tools and Google Workspace is also beneficial.
- Intermediate video editing skills
- A creative eye and understanding of current social media trends
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand voice
- Ability to follow instructions while also taking initiative when needed
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Professional and friendly written communication skills
- Ability to convey warmth, personality and emotion through text
- Reliability and consistency
- Eagerness to learn, grow and develop professionally
