About the Role

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to own and scale our Meta Ads performance through high-volume UGC content. This is a full-time remote position built for someone who lives and breathes direct response marketing — someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, click an ad, and buy. You will work closely with our video creator, providing the concepts and creative direction that they bring to life. Your job is the ideas, the angles, the hooks, and the strategy. Their job is execution.

The content you drive will be short-form video UGC designed specifically for Meta Ads — entertaining, satisfying to watch, and built to convert.

Responsibilities

Develop high-volume UGC concepts and video briefs for Meta Ads campaigns
Identify winning hooks, angles, and formats based on direct response principles and competitor research
Collaborate closely with the video creator to translate ideas into scroll-stopping content
Monitor ad performance and iterate on creative direction based on results
Stay current on Meta Ads trends, viral content formats, and what is converting in the beauty and skincare space
Maintain a consistent output pipeline to support ongoing campaign testing and scaling

Requirements

Proven experience in direct response marketing, with a strong understanding of what drives clicks and conversions on Meta
Demonstrated ability to concept and brief high-performing UGC-style video ads
Strong creative instincts — you know what makes content entertaining, satisfying, and clickable
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Able to work independently in a fully remote, cross-time-zone environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, or direct-to-consumer ecommerce
Familiarity with UGC ad formats and native-style video content
Background in content strategy, copywriting, or performance creative
Experience working with or briefing video creators or production teams
Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, or project management platforms
