AI Video Editor – AI Ads & VSLs | Long-Term | Remote

We are not looking for a traditional video editor who only edits existing footage.

We are looking for an AI Video Editor who can turn scripts and concepts into complete, scroll-stopping advertisements using AI-generated characters, scenes, voice-overs, and strong editing.

Paid advertising is one of our most important growth channels. We are looking for someone who can help us create a new type of ad: visually impressive AI videos that stand out from traditional UGC and product content.

What you’ll do
• Create AI-generated direct-response ads and VSLs
• Turn scripts into cinematic characters, scenes, and stories
• Combine AI visuals with voice-overs, captions, music, and sound design
• Maintain consistent characters and visual styles across scenes
• Create different hooks and variations of winning ads
• Work with our creative strategists and improve concepts visually
• Experiment with new AI tools and workflows

You will see the performance results of your work, so you can learn which videos actually generate sales.

Who we’re looking for
You:
• Have experience creating high-quality AI-generated videos
• Have a strong eye for visuals, storytelling, and pacing
• Can turn a script into a complete video without needing every shot explained
• Understand direct-response advertising or want to learn it
• Take feedback well and communicate proactively
• Take ownership and deliver work on time
• Want a long-term role

Experience with tools such as Kling, Veo, Runway, Higgsfield, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools is preferred.

A portfolio with relevant AI-generated video work is required. Simply using AI for captions or basic editing does not count.
