JOB OVERVIEW

$700/month base + performance bonus

Forex industry experience required — please do not apply without it.

Golden Bear Capital is a fast-growing gold (XAUUSD) trading education community with 100+ paying members. We’re hiring outreach specialists who already know this world and don’t need the basics explained to them.

What you’ll do

• Engage with traders in forex communities on Instagram, Facebook and Telegram
• Start genuine conversations and qualify people who are genuinely interested
• Book qualified prospects into our onboarding process
• Work from our scripts and playbook

Requirements

• Proven experience in the forex industry — signals group, trading education brand, broker, IB/affiliate, or prop firm. Tell us where and what you did.
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Comfortable with Instagram and Telegram ----------
• Familiar with MT4/MT5, brokers, spreads and how funded accounts work
• Available to work UK/EU hours
• Reliable internet and a quiet place to work

Pay

• $700/month base
• Bonus per member who signs up and stays past 30 days
• Paid trial week to start, full-time contract from month one
