JOB OVERVIEW

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT AND PERSONAL BRAND COORDINATOR

- I am looking for a reliable, organized, proactive, and highly motivated full-time assistant to help manage my speaking opportunities, LinkedIn content, and professional email.
- This is a long-term position for someone who wants to grow with me and become a trusted member of my team.
- The starting salary is 500 USD per month for 40 hours per week. There will be a performance and compensation review after the first 60 days.

LINKEDIN CONTENT

- I will provide a content calendar with topics and direction.
- Your responsibility will be to turn those ideas into polished LinkedIn posts.
- You will be responsible for approximately 21 LinkedIn posts per week.

Responsibilities include:
- Writing posts based on my content calendar
- Turning notes, stories, ideas, and voice notes into LinkedIn posts
- Making sure the writing sounds natural and human
- Adding appropriate photos, graphics, or videos
- Creating simple Canva graphics when needed
- Adding a first comment when appropriate
- Tagging relevant people, organizations, and events
- Fact checking information before posting
- Scheduling content on LinkedIn
- Keeping the content calendar organized
- All LinkedIn content must be prepared and scheduled at least 7 days in advance so I have time to review it before it is published.

SPEAKING OPPORTUNITIES:
- You will also help grow my professional speaking career.
- The weekly goal is at least 20 quality speaking applications.

You will:
- Research conferences and Calls for Speakers
- Find keynote, panel, workshop, webinar, podcast, and conference opportunities
- Determine whether each opportunity is a good fit
- Research deadlines and submission requirements
- Research whether speakers are paid
- Research whether travel and hotel expenses are covered
- Choose the best speaking topic for each opportunity
- Complete and submit speaker applications
- Maintain a speaking opportunity tracker
- Follow up with conference organizers
- Track responses and application status
- Quality is very important. I do not want random applications submitted simply to reach 20 applications.

EMAIL MANAGEMENT
- You will help monitor professional and speaking related emails.
- You may respond to routine emails on my behalf, send approved materials, follow up with organizers, and help with scheduling.

You must immediately alert me about:
- Speaking acceptances
- Paid speaking opportunities
- Contracts
- Speaker fees
- Negotiations
- Travel commitments
- Media requests
- Partnership opportunities
- Scheduling conflicts
- Anything unusual or sensitive
- Anything you are unsure how to answer
- When in doubt, ask me.

WEEKLY EXPECTATIONS
- 21 LinkedIn posts prepared
- LinkedIn content scheduled at least 7 days ahead
- 20 quality speaking applications submitted
- Speaking tracker kept updated
- Follow ups completed
- Professional inbox monitored
- Important emails brought to my attention
- Weekly progress report completed

- You should have excellent written English.
- You should be organized, reliable, proactive, detail oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- You should be comfortable using:

- ChatGPT or similar AI tools
- Canva
- Google Docs

*You do not need experience with everything. I am willing to train the right person.*

*Strong writing, good judgment, research skills, reliability, and willingness to learn are most important.*
