About Us:
Ogogo Fitness is a fitness coaching company for high-performing men and women, founded by 2012 Olympic bronze medalist boxer Anthony Ogogo. We run a full paid Meta ad ecosystem including DCO DM ads, follower ads, and VSLs. We are scaling and looking for a sharp, dedicated part-time media buyer to own our ads account and help take us to the next level.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage and optimize our Meta Ads Manager account (DCO ads, follower ads, VSL ads)
• Monitor spend, ROAS, CPL, and CPA, and report clearly on performance
• Set up and maintain tracking, pixels, and conversion events
• Test new creative, audiences, and ad angles
• Scale winning campaigns without tanking performance
• Work closely with our content and sales teams to align ad messaging with what’s converting
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Meta ads experience with real client or business budgets, not just courses or theory
• Experience with DCO ads, lead gen, or DM-based funnels is a strong plus
• Confident with Meta Events Manager, pixel setup, CAPI, and reporting
• Can explain what you’re doing and why in plain, simple English, no jargon, ever
• Fitness, coaching, or high-ticket info product experience preferred
• Available for part-time hours with some overlap in US Eastern time
Compensation: $600 to $900 USD/month depending on experience level, with performance bonuses tied to ROAS and lead volume once you’re up and running
How to Apply (read carefully, this is part of the screening):
Put the word “PRECISION” at the start of BOTH your application title and the body of your message, so I know you actually read this in full.
Then include:
1. A screenshot or brief case study of a Meta ads account you’ve personally managed, with spend and ROAS, blur client names if needed
2. One thing you’d check first if a follower ad campaign’s cost per lead suddenly doubled overnight
3. In one sentence, explain what a pixel actually does, as if you were explaining it to someone with zero technical background
4. Your available hours per week and your time zone
5. A Loom video, no more than 3 minutes, where you introduce yourself, walk through what you’ve done as a media buyer, and explain why you should be hired as my in-house media buyer. Include the video link in your application.
Applications that skip any of the above, send generic copy-paste messages, use jargon in question 3, or don’t have “PRECISION” in both the title and the message will not be considered. This role requires someone who can make complex things simple, and that starts with how carefully you follow this post.
