About Us:
We are a growing Italian e-commerce brand operating in the baking and bread-making niche. We have a growing community on Instagram and TikTok (over 500 followers and scaling fast!), and we need your help to take it to the next level.

The Role:
We are looking for a highly creative Community Manager and Content Creator to manage our Instagram and TikTok accounts and highlight our flagship bread-making product. I will ship the physical products directly to your home so you can film them yourself.

Don't worry, you won't be left in the dark! We will guide you and provide plenty of successful video examples and concepts to inspire you.

Your Responsibilities:

Filming & Production: Shoot high-quality, aesthetic video footage of our products at your home.

Content for Instagram & TikTok: Brainstorm and execute creative video concepts tailored for Reels and TikToks (educational videos, product comparisons, aesthetic showcases).

Direct Response Editing: Create highly engaging short-form videos with strong 3-second hooks and clear Call-To-Actions (CTAs) at the end to drive sales. These videos will also be used for Meta Ads.

Voiceovers & Audio: Manage the audio for the videos, adapting to your specific skills (see below).

Important Notes & HUGE Bonuses!

Speaking Italian & Showing your face: If you speak and understand Italian AND you are comfortable showing your face on camera, this is a MASSIVE PLUS! It makes the content much more authentic. However, this is not mandatory. You can absolutely still apply if you prefer to stay faceless and use AI tools (like ElevenLabs) for the Italian voiceovers.

Do you know how to bake bread? If you have experience or a passion for baking bread, this is another huge advantage for our niche! Please make sure to mention this in your application.

Requirements:

Extremely creative with a good eye for video framing and aesthetics.

Experience in short-form video editing and managing Instagram/TikTok accounts.

Ability to craft high-converting videos (Hook + Value + CTA).
