We’re looking for an experienced Medical Front Desk Virtual Assistant to support a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation / Physical Therapy / Chiropractic practice.

- Answer and manage patient phone calls
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Perform insurance verification and eligibility checks
- Provide general front desk and administrative support

✅ Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Previous Medical Front Desk experience
- Experience with insurance verification and eligibility
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable handling patient interactions
- Bilingual is preferred, but not required

We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and confident handling day-to-day front desk responsibilities in a busy healthcare setting.
