The Role
As we continue to scale multiple brands, we are seeking a Contract Graphic Designer to join our team part time. This role sits within our in-house creative team and is ideal for a versatile designer with strong skills across digital design, packaging, print, and photo editing, who enjoys working collaboratively across multiple brand styles and touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Packaging & Print Design: Design and redesign product packaging and product manuals across multiple brands, with a strong understanding of print production, artwork setup, dielines, finishes, and supplier handover.
Print Collateral: Create high-quality print assets for events, activations, trade shows, retail displays, and in-store materials.
Digital & Campaign Design: Develop campaign creative across a variety of brand styles and formats, including digital ads, website assets, landing pages, and social media graphics.

Email Design: Produce eDM assets such as banners and reusable templates for automated email flows.
Photo Editing: Edit and retouch product and lifestyle imagery as required using Adobe Photoshop.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely within the creative team alongside digital designers, video editors, copywriters, and content creators to deliver cohesive, high-quality creative outputs across all channels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, e-commerce, and product teams to deliver visually compelling design solutions that support commercial objectives.

Requirements:
2–5 years’ experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within e-commerce, consumer goods, or agency environments.
Strong experience in packaging design and print production, including manuals and physical collateral.
Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator (packaging and print), Adobe Photoshop (photo editing and retouching), and Figma (layout, landing pages, and brand systems).
Experience producing digital campaign assets and eDM creative.
Solid understanding of typography, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy across both print and digital.
Ability to manage multiple projects, brands, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset.

Highly Regarded:
Manilla based as we grow our team in the region.
Experience working with multiple brands or sub-brands.
Familiarity with retail, trade marketing, or event-based design.
Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems.
Experience utilising AI-powered tools for image editing, background generation, retouching, or creative ideation (e.g. generative image tools).
