JOB OVERVIEW

Weekend Social Media & GHL Assistant

Glow & Vibe Aesthetics

Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 9 AM–5 PM PST

We’re looking for someone creative, reliable, and familiar with the aesthetics/med spa industry to help with both social media and patient inquiries.

Responsibilities

* Create engaging carousel posts, Reels, and Stories
* Edit before & after photos/videos and aesthetic treatment content
* Create and send marketing emails about treatments, promos, and specials
* Follow Glow & Vibe’s branding and content style
* Respond to patient inquiries through GoHighLevel (GHL)
* Answer basic questions about treatments, pricing, promos, and availability using our approved information
* Follow up with new, warm, and existing leads
* Help convert inquiries into booked appointments
* Schedule patients correctly through GHL
* Escalate medical or treatment-specific questions to the provider rather than giving medical advice
* Complete and organize the weekend’s content by Sunday

What We’re Looking For

* Experience creating social media content, especially Reels and carousels
* Canva and video-editing experience
* Strong written English and communication skills
* Comfortable communicating with potential patients
* Familiarity with aesthetics/med spa services is highly preferred
* Experience with GoHighLevel is a plus
* Able to work independently and meet deadlines
* Responsive and reliable during scheduled weekend hours
