JOB OVERVIEW

We are a U.S.-based luxury architectural metalwork company looking for a full-time Senior AI Video Editor & Motion Designer.

This is not a basic VA, posting, Canva, or slideshow-editing role. We need an exceptional editor who can take raw construction footage, installation clips, fabrication footage, finished-project photography, product imagery, drawings, and a clear creative theme—and turn them into cinematic films that make people stop and think, “Damn, this company is the real deal.”

THE CORE MISSION

Create premium project films and social content that:
• make the finished architecture look extraordinary
• show builders, developers, architects, and luxury clients that we can fabricate and install major projects
• turn imperfect raw footage into intentional, high-energy visual stories
• preserve the real building, product geometry, and architectural details
• sell craftsmanship, scale, lifestyle, credibility, and emotion—not just features

YOU MUST BE EXCELLENT AT VIDEO EDITING

We care more about editing judgment than simply knowing an AI tool. You should be highly capable with:
• Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or an equivalent professional workflow
• pacing, music selection, sound design, color, stabilization, speed changes, match cuts, visual rhythm, and payoff
• masking, tracking, rotoscoping, compositing, cleanup, motion graphics, typography, and visual effects
• selecting powerful 0.5–3 second moments from long, imperfect raw clips
• combining real footage, still photography, drawings, and generated material into one coherent film
• producing clean, premium work without blurry footage, generic templates, random effects, basic crossfades, or slideshow pacing

AI VIDEO AND IMAGE GENERATION

You should also be comfortable with several of these tools:
• Higgsfield, Veo, Kling, Runway, Sora, Midjourney, Flux, Nano Banana, or similar
• image-to-video animation, controlled camera movement, cinematic B-roll, product visualization, and scene extension
• prompting and iteration that preserve believable architecture, steel profiles, doors, windows, hardware, glass, reflections, and perspective

AI should expand what is possible. It should not replace excellent editing or invent incorrect architecture in a real project.

WHAT YOU WILL CREATE

• 30–60 second flagship project films for our website and commercial credibility
• 15–30 second Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and promotional edits
• cinematic AI-generated or AI-composited product and lifestyle videos
• finished-project reveals, before/after transformations, installation and fabrication hype clips
• clean and text-on-screen versions, thumbnails, covers, cutdowns, alternate hooks, crops, and platform variants
• supporting image, carousel, Story, Pinterest, Houzz, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, and email assets when needed

This is a high-output content-engine role. After onboarding, the operating target is 100+ platform-ready content units per week through intelligent repurposing—not 100 unrelated original videos. One strong master concept should become multiple platform-native edits, hooks, crops, covers, stills, captions, and Stories.

WHAT GREAT WORK LOOKS LIKE

• the first 1–2 seconds create an immediate visual reason to keep watching
• every shot advances the story
• the product or completed project remains the visual hero
• sound, cuts, camera movement, text, and effects feel designed together
• installation and fabrication footage feels powerful rather than i ----------
• the final reveal delivers a real payoff
• the finished film feels suitable for a premium architectural website—not merely a social template

TO APPLY — FOLLOW THIS EXACTLY

Send exactly 3 direct, publicly viewable video links. Do not send a portfolio homepage or a folder containing dozens of files.

Your three videos should include:
1. One advanced edit built from real/raw footage
2. One cinematic luxury, architecture, real-estate, automotive, hospitality, product, or lifestyle film
3. One example using generative AI, compositing, motion design, or meaningful visual effects

For each link, add one sentence stating:
• what raw material you received
• exactly what you personally created
• the software and AI tools you used

Also include:
• your desired monthly salary
• your full-time availability and working hours
• your time zone
• the professional editing and AI tools you use most often

Applications without exactly three direct video links will not move to the next stage. Selected applicants will complete a paid practical test using real project assets and then interview through Microsoft Teams.

Compensation: $800–$1,000 USD per month based on demonstrated skill and experience.
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
