JOB OVERVIEW

We're Paldy, an ecommerce brand selling high-protein cereal ( ---------- ). We sell across 20+ European countries and we grow through paid social, so our ads are the business.

We're looking for a Creative Strategist.

You d ---------- what we say and who we say it to. You dig into our buyers and our competitors, turn that into angles, write the hooks and the scripts, and hand our editors and designers briefs they can build from without coming back to ask questions. Then you look at what the ads did and d ---------- what to try next.

What you'll do:

???? Research our buyers, their objections, our reviews and competitor ads, and turn that into angles

✍️ Write the hooks and the scripts. Every video is built from 3 hooks and 2 scripts, so one idea becomes six ads

???? Brief our editors and designers clearly enough that they can build without guessing

???? Read the performance and d ---------- what to scale, what to iterate and what to kill

What we're looking for:

✅ Experience in direct response creative for ecommerce. Ads that ran and sold something

✅ Strong copywriting. This is the core of the job

✅ You can explain why an ad won or died, not just that it did

✅ Comfortable in an ad account and with the numbers in it

✅ Proactive. You use your own head, spot what's missing and solve it instead of waiting to be told

✅ You own the outcome. Whether the ad actually worked matters to you, not just whether the brief went out

✅ Reliable and on time. Deadlines matter to us

???? We use AI every day and you will too. But we don't want AI slop. If you use it, we expect the result to be unnoticeable and professional

If you do a bit of everything, this probably isn't the right fit. We're looking for someone who is genuinely good at this one thing.

$800 - $1,200/month. Fully remote, work from anywhere in the world. Performance bonuses on top.
