Great campaigns need more than good ideas. They need someone who can keep the work moving when there are multiple clients, competing deadlines, missing inputs, and several people involved in every deliverable.
Leads Global is looking for a Digital Project Coordinator who wants to become the person a marketing team can rely on when work gets busy. You will work at the centre of client delivery, helping turn ideas into organised, on-time execution across copy, creative, paid media, landing pages, and campaign implementation.
This is a strong career opportunity for someone with hands-on social media or digital marketing experience who is ready to move into project coordination. You will not be expected to be a senior manager on day one. You will be given real responsibility, clear standards, and the opportunity to grow into a capable project-management professional.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will manage the daily flow of client work in Basecamp. You will make sure every task has a clear owner, due date, next action, and enough context for the assigned person to begin without guessing.
You will coordinate across copywriters, designers, media buyers, developers, and contractors. You will follow up before deadlines become a problem, identify what is missing, and help remove obstacles so the team can deliver quality work on time.
When an issue needs a decision, you will raise it early and clearly. When a client needs an update, you will help prepare communication that is calm, accurate, and useful. Your work will make it easier for everyone else to focus on doing excellent work.
WHO WILL THRIVE HERE
You have practical experience in social media, digital marketing, content coordination, paid media support, or a creative/digital agency. You understand the basics of how marketing campaigns are built and why small details can make the difference between a smooth launch and a stressful one.
You are the person who notices when something does not add up. You keep track of details, follow through on what you say you will do, and prefer to solve a problem while it is still small. You can manage several moving parts without losing the larger picture.
You communicate clearly in written English. You are comfortable asking precise questions, following up professionally, and giving others the information they need to do their best work. You are open to feedback, eager to learn, and serious about building a long-term career in digital project coordination.
Experience with Basecamp is a plus. Experience with ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Trello, Notion, or similar tools is also useful. Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media content, campaign assets, landing pages, or funnel work will be an advantage.
