About us
Tier3 Media is a US marketing agency for medical and aesthetic practices: med spas, dermatologists, cosmetic surgeons. Our SEO team writes and publishes hundreds of blogs, runs monthly ranking reports, and manages Google Business Profiles for dozens of practices. That adds up to a lot of moving pieces every month, and none of them can be left half finished.
The job
You are the person who makes sure finished work actually lands. Strategy and sales sit with other people here. What you own is execution, carried all the way through and checked before it goes anywhere.
Publish approved blogs on WordPress: formatting, meta title and description, internal links, featured image. Every post verified live, with the URL logged in ClickUp.
Assemble monthly SEO reports in our tools (SE Ranking, GMB Crush, we will train you on both) and QA them against a checklist before anyone sees them. A report that goes out with the units off, or the map radius set wrong, or one client's data sitting in another client's row, is exactly the thing we are hiring you to catch.
Keep ClickUp honest. If a task is marked done, it's done, and the proof is attached to it.
Chase blog approvals with our team when they have been sitting too long, and tell us about a blocker the day you hit it.
Maintain Google Business Profiles, citations, and review responses for your accounts.
Run a weekly snapshot of blogs written vs approved vs published.
You are a fit if
You have 1 to 2 years of hands-on SEO work, or you're a very careful junior who can prove it in our paid trial.
You can take a Google Doc and turn it into a clean, live WordPress post without help. Elementor experience is a plus.
You can open Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 and tell us what you see.
Your written English is clear.
You're the kind of person who catches the small mistake everyone else scrolls past. Be honest with yourself on that one, because it is most of what this job actually is.
You are not a fit if
You run an agency or a team and want to place this job with them. We're hiring one person who works inside our team.
You want part-time or project work. This one is full-time and long-term.
You copy AI output and paste it anywhere a client can see it. We have a written policy against this.
Pay and terms
$900 to $1,200 USD per month based on experience, paid reliably and on schedule. The role is long-term, and our SEO division is expanding, so there is room to move up inside it. We hire globally and pay in USD.
