JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Virtual Assistant to support our operations. This role involves administrative support, inventory tracking, data entry, and basic data analysis.

Key Responsibilities
Accurately perform data entry and maintain spreadsheets/databases
Update and organize records with a high level of accuracy
Track receipts and assist with financial record reconciliation
Support basic data analysis and reporting to assist decision-making
Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation across systems

Requirements
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets)
Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency
Reliable internet connection and stable work environment

Technical Requirements
Windows 10 (or newer)
16GB RAM or higher
Stable internet connection suitable for remote work

Work Schedule
Full-time: 8 hours per day
Night shift (U.S. time zone alignment)
must have graveyard experience
