About us
We sell genuine Royal Mail stamps online to UK businesses and sellers at better prices than the Post Office. We have a website, marketplaces, and growing demand. We need someone to make the website convert and to run profitable Google and Meta ads.
What you'll do
Own the website (Shopify/WooCommerce): improve pages, speed, checkout, product pages, business pricing tiers, and a subscription/standing-order option
Set up and run Google Shopping and Search campaigns for terms like "buy stamps online", "bulk royal mail stamps", "cheap first class stamps"
Set up and run Meta
Set up conversion tracking (GA4, Google Ads, Meta pixel) so we know exactly what every £ of ads brings back
Build
Write landing pages for specific audiences (eBay sellers, offices, card makers)
Weekly report: site traffic, conversion rate, ad spend, cost per sale, return on ad spend
What we're looking for
2+ years running Google Ads and Meta Ads for an e-commerce store with real results you can show
Strong Shopify (or WooCommerce) skills – you can change the site yourself, not just suggest things
Understands tracking and analytics properly
Writes clear, persuasive English
Honest about results – if a campaign isn't working, say so and fix it
Bonus: UK e-commerce experience, Klaviyo, landing-page design
Hours and pay
20 hours/week to start, part-time, with potential to go full-time
$8-$10 per hour depending on experience and results
Performance bonus tied to return on ad spend
Paid fortnightly via PayPal, 13th month after 6 months
How to apply
Put CONVERSION at the start of your subject line.
Share results from one e-commerce ad account you've run: spend, revenue, and return on ad spend, with what you changed to improve it.
Task: suggest 10 Google Search keywords you'd target for a UK stamp supplier, grouped by buyer intent.
Task: in 5 bullet points, what would you check first on an e-commerce site that gets traffic but few sales?
Shortlisted applicants get a paid trial (audit of our site and a proposed first campaign).
