JOB OVERVIEW

About us
We're a UK supplier of Royal Mail postage stamps currently selling mainly on eBay. We want the same products on every marketplace UK buyers use. You'll set up, list, optimise and manage those channels.

What you'll do

Set up and verify our seller accounts on Amazon UK, Etsy, OnBuy, TikTok Shop, Shpock and any other relevant UK marketplaces (the owner will provide documents; you prepare and guide)
Create optimised listings on each platform – correct categories, keyword-rich titles, clear photos, bulk variations
Keep stock and pricing in sync across all channels (using a tool like Linnworks, Sellbrite or a shared sheet to start)
Monitor each channel's rules, fees and performance metrics so nothing gets suspended
Handle orders and messages on the non-eBay channels during your shift
Test pricing and promotions per channel and report what works
Weekly report: listings live per channel, sales per channel, any account health issues

What we're looking for

2+ years selling on Amazon and at least one other marketplace, seller-side
Experience with account setup, listing creation, and keeping accounts healthy
Comfortable with spreadsheets and multi-channel tools
Careful, rule-following, honest – marketplace accounts are precious and one mistake can lose one
Bonus: UK marketplace experience, Etsy SEO, TikTok Shop

Hours and pay

25-30 hours/week to start, likely full-time once channels are live
$6 per hour depending on experience
Bonus: $100 per new marketplace that reaches 50 sales
Paid fortnightly via PayPal, 13th month after 6 months
