Full-Time Sales VA – Property Maintenance Company

Location: Remote
Position: Full-Time Sales VA
Pay: Weekly – negotiable depending on experience
Working Hours:

* Monday–Friday: 8:30am–5:00pm
* Saturday: 9:00am–1:00pm
* Full-time position

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, driven and motivated Sales VA to join our growing UK property maintenance company.

You will play an important role in generating new business, building relationships with potential clients and helping manage the day-to-day administration of our maintenance operations.

The ideal candidate will be confident speaking with prospective clients, highly organised, target-driven and comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities

* Make 100 outbound calls per day to prospective clients.
* Contact and develop relationships with:
* Letting agents
* Landlords
* Airbnb/short-term rental hosts
* Property managers
* Other property-related businesses
* Generate new leads and identify potential clients through social media and online research.
* Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into new business.
* Deal with invoicing and liaise with payroll when required.
* Liaise with our Philippine-based VAs to obtain competitive pricing from tradespeople.
* Source and coordinate pricing for a range of trades, including:
* Electricians
* Plumbers
* Plasterers
* Painters & decorators
* Gardeners
* Handymen
* And many other trades
* Keep accurate records of leads, calls, quotes and client communications.
* Help maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
* Work towards agreed sales and performance targets.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

* Confident and professional on the phone
* Driven and motivated to achieve targets
* Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
* A strong communicator with excellent English
* Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
* Proactive and able to work independently
* Reliable and committed to a full-time position
* Sales-focused with the ability to build rapport and close opportunities
* Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, property, maintenance or VA work is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
