JOB DESCRIPTION

About the Role:
We are seeking a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant for a part-time position (starting at 10 hours/week, flexible schedule).

Starting Rate: $4.50/hour USD for the first 30 days (trial period).

Growth & Rate Increase: If the 30-day evaluation is successful and we work well together, your pay increases to $5.00/hour USD.

Hours: Weekly hours can scale up beyond 10 hours as you free up more time through your efficiency and skill set.

Time & Payment Tracking: All working hours must be logged using Timeproof, and payments will be processed via EasyPay.

Key Responsibilities:

GoHighLevel & Funnels: Build, design, and organize landing pages and multi-step funnels for current projects and guest follow-up sequences.

ManyChat & Automations: Build and maintain automated chatbot flows and direct messaging sequences.

AI Prompt Execution: Take prompt templates, strategies, and outputs from Claude and ChatGPT to complete implementation tasks efficiently.

Content Repurposing: Use AI workflows to transform podcast episodes into formatted blog posts and publish them to the website (a streamlined 10–20 minute process per post).

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven hands-on experience building pages and automations in GoHighLevel (GHL).

Experience creating chatbot flows in ManyChat.

Daily familiarity using ChatGPT and/or Claude for task execution.

Basic website management and blog formatting experience.

Willingness to track time via Timeproof and accept payouts through EasyPay.
