JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT US
We're a small UK business selling 1st class royal mail postage stamps in bulk to
crafters, card makers and wedding stationers. We're expanding our eBay
shop from 30 listings to 300 and need someone reliable to build them.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Create eBay listings from photos and stock details we provide
• Write titles using our keyword formula (we'll train you — it's a system, not guesswork)
• Fill in all item specifics accurately
• Use our description template, swapping in the correct details
• Use "Sell similar" to work efficiently
• Flag anything that looks wrong rather than guessing

WHAT WE NEED
• Previous eBay listing experience (please say which categories)
• Careful attention to detail — quantities and condition must be exact
• Good written English for titles and descriptions
• Reliable, consistent hours. We'd rather have steady than fast.

HOURS & PAY
Part-time to start, around 30 hours per week. Paid monthly via PayPal.
Rate negotiable based on experience. If it goes well, ongoing and increasing.

We'll give you:
• Photos for 10 stamp lots
• A spreadsheet with quantity, theme, country, decade and condition
• Our title formula and description template

Please create 10 draft eBay listings using these.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Titles that use all 80 characters without repeating words
• Every item specific filled in
• Quantities and conditions exactly matching the spreadsheet
• Consistency across all 10

Please don't publish them — save as drafts and tell us when done.
Take your time. We're checking accuracy, not speed.
