JOB OVERVIEW

We are a US-based company, and we are adding a Mortgage Loan Closer to our team. This fast-paced position is responsible for verifying, balancing, and ensuring the timely coordination of the final closing disclosure/settlement statement, and coordinating other closing operations.

The candidate must have a history of a proactive approach and deep experience in the US mortgage industry with closing disclosures, including:
-Balancing all fees
-Verifying payees for fees and ensuring reimbursements if needed
-Verifying loan amount, interest rate, and escrowed fees

We balance our Closing Disclosures and prepare our Closing Packages in hours, not days, and experience in the broker or wholesale space is preferred.

Please be sure that your response includes a full resume/CV and that you outline your experience as a Mortgage Closer for the US market. At least 18 months experience in Closing in the US mortgage industry is required for this position. If this is not provided, your application will not be considered.
