JOB OVERVIEW

Salary: $1,200 to $1,600 per month, paid on the 1st and the 15th, every time. Plus $25 to $50 for every consultation that shows up. Where you land in the band depends on what we hear in your recordings, not on your resume.

Schedule: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Philippine time, Monday to Friday. This is a night shift. Your whole schedule inverts. If that does not work for your household, please do not apply.

Volume: 100 to 150 dials per shift.

About the work

We partner with dental practices in the United States. Our specialists are the first human contact between a patient and the practice.

You will speak with people who are anxious. They are self-conscious about their teeth. They are weighing a decision that is emotional and expensive. Many have put this call off for years.

This is not a call center seat and it is not a script. We train our people in how humans actually make decisions. Your job is to hold the wheel of the conversation with warmth.

Too soft, and the call wanders and nothing is d ---------- . Too aggressive, and the patient shuts down. We are hiring the person who does both at once, and who does not lose composure when the conversation gets hard.

What you will do

Answer new patient inquiries fast, and build trust on the first call.
Find out what actually prompted the person to call, and what it is costing them.
Handle fear, hesitation, and price, without flinching and without pushing.
Book the consultation, then follow up by phone, text, and email until they show.
Keep clean notes in the CRM. Every call, every time.

What we require

Real time in a sales seat. You have handled objections and carried a number. Healthcare or other high-consideration sales is a plus. The instinct matters more than the industry.
Near-native English. Clear, neutral accent. You can command a call in English at the level you could in your first language. We assess this in your recordings, not on your resume.
A quiet workspace and a stable wired connection. Mobile data and pocket WiFi will not work for this role.
Coachability. We record calls and review the hard ones together every week. If that sounds like a problem, this is not the right seat.

Pay honesty

We know this band sits above the usual setter rate on this platform. That is deliberate. We are not looking for a setter. We are looking for someone who can hold a hard conversation with a frightened adult, and we would rather pay one of those than three of something else.

HOW TO APPLY

Read all five steps. Applications that skip a step are not reviewed.

1. Record two voice clips. Use ---------- — it is free, needs no account, and works on any phone. Paste both links in your application.

Clip one, 60 seconds. Tell us about the hardest call you have ever taken.
Clip two, 90 seconds. A patient says: "I want to think about it. I need to talk to my wife." Answer them. Speak as if they are on the line right now.

One take. No script. No retakes. We would rather hear the real one. We are not grading your accent. We are grading what you say next.

2. Answer these three questions in writing. Be specific. Short or generic answers do not move forward.

At your highest-volume phone job: how many dials a day, how many real conversations, and what did you do in the ten seconds right after someone hung up on you?
Tell us about one caller you still remember. What did they need that they never said out loud?
What is your current work situation, when could you start, and do you owe anyone a notice period?

3. Send a speed test. Go to speedtest.net. Change the server to Los Angeles or Dallas before you run it — a Manila server does not tell us what a patient in Phoenix hears. Run it between 9 PM and 6 AM your time. Send a screenshot showing download, upload, ping, and jitter. Tell us your connection type (fiber, cable, DSL, or mobile), whether you tested on WiFi or a cable, and what happens when the power goes out.

4. Use 15 Apply Points on this application.

5. Start your application with the words FULL ARCH so we know you read to the end.

We reply to everyone who completes all five steps.
