???? Hiring: Affiliate Outreach & Product Research Specialist

We’re looking for a highly motivated Affiliate Outreach & Product Research Specialist to help us rapidly scale our e-commerce brand through TikTok Shop, affiliates, creators, and performance marketing.

This is NOT just a social media job. We need someone who understands how to identify winning products, find high-potential creators, analyze competitors, and turn research into sales.

???? What You’ll Be Doing

* Find and recruit high-performing TikTok Shop affiliates and creators
* Conduct daily affiliate outreach through TikTok, email, and other platforms
* Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential affiliates
* Research viral products, trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities
* Analyze successful TikTok Shop products and identify why they are selling
* Research winning videos, hooks, offers, creatives, and content angles
* Use FastMoss to research products, creators, sales data, competitors, and trends
* Be comfortable using other research tools such as Kalodata, Shoplus, TikTok Creative Center, or similar platforms
* Identify creators with strong engagement and conversion potential—not just large follower counts
* Help develop marketing angles, offers, UGC concepts, and viral content ideas
* Track affiliate performance and continuously improve outreach
* Find new opportunities to increase sales and scale quickly

???? What We’re Looking For

REQUIRED:

* Hands-on experience with FastMoss
* Strong understanding of TikTok Shop and affiliate marketing
* Experience researching products and competitors
* Ability to identify viral trends and winning content
* Strong communication and outreach skills
* Data-driven mindset
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
* Comfortable using spreadsheets, research platforms, and analytics tools

BIG PLUS:

* Experience with Kalodata, Shoplus, or similar tools
* Previous experience recruiting TikTok Shop affiliates
* Experience working with supplement, fitness, beauty, or consumer brands
* Understanding of UGC and TikTok content strategy
* Previous experience helping a brand scale through affiliates

Who made it? Why did it work? What product are they selling? How much did it generate? Who else is selling it? Which creators could replicate it? And how can we do it better?
