Viral Vault Studios is a digital content company that produces entertaining, informative, and high-retention faceless YouTube videos. Our content covers topics such as celebrity controversies, celebrity health, anime recaps, and other trending subjects.

About the YouTube Thumbnail Designer:

We are looking for a talented and creative Thumbnail Designer to join our growing content team. The ideal candidate has ideas on creating thumbnails that are visually compelling and able to design it to drive clicks.
This role is ideal for graphic designers with experience creating images. Preference is given to those with YouTube thumbnail experience and understand how to turn a video's topic and marketing angle into a clear, attention-grabbing thumbnail.

Key Responsibilities:

Create professional thumbnails that aligns with the title, hook, and overall marketing angle of video
Source high-quality visual assets and images of featured celebrities from appropriate sources
Conduct competitor research and identify successful thumbnail concepts to use on our channel
Follow established thumbnail guidelines, templates, and approval processes

Qualifications:

Available to work shift between 3AM to 6AM PHT
College diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Proven experience creating YouTube thumbnails, social media graphics, digital advertising creatives, or similar visual content
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, typography, color, contrast, and audience psychology
Experience using design tools such as Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, or similar software
Experience using AI tools for enhancement, background removal, and asset creation when appropriate
Able to work efficiently and complete thumbnails within tight production deadlines
