JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We're a US-based company hiring a reliable outbound caller to work through a list of US business owners and simply verify who we're speaking to. This is NOT a sales role — you won't be closing or pitching anything. You call, confirm you're speaking with the actual owner, exchange a few short scripted lines, and tag the contact as verified. Our sales team takes it from there.

What You'll Do

Call through a provided list of US business owners (dialer + list provided)
Confirm the person on the line is the owner by name
Exchange a couple of short scripted lines to keep the call natural
Tag each contact as verified owner (or not) in our system
Keep clean, simple notes on each call

What We're Looking For

Conversational, clear English — comfortable talking to Americans (perfect grammar not required)
Confident on the phone, comfortable with high call volume
Reliable, punctual, consistent
Able to work US hours (night shift in PH)
No experience needed — training provided

We Provide

Dialer (CloudTalk), contact list, and a simple script
Training and clear instructions
