Job Description:
We're hiring an experienced, hungry video editor to join our team, editing short-form content for Instagram daily. This is not an entry-level role — we need someone who already has real editing chops and is ready to hit the ground running from day one.

What you'll be doing:
* Editing daily short-form videos for Instagram (Reels)
* Green screen editing — placing subjects on Pinterest-style backgrounds
* Creating "clone videos" (multiple versions of the same person in one shot)
* Following precise style guides and instructions exactly as given
* Delivering 2–6 edited videos per shift, depending on complexity
* Learning and adapting to new formats/styles as we introduce them — we move fast and evolve our content often

What we're looking for:
* Proven experience with green screen / chroma key editing — not a beginner
* Fast, sharp, and detail-obsessed — you catch things others miss
* Someone hungry to grow with us — more responsibility and opportunity as we scale
* Open, eager learning attitude — willing and able to pick up new styles/formats quickly when we ask
* Excellent ability to follow instructions precisely, first time
* Own equipment/software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
Hours: 4–5 hours/day, 5 days a week (room to grow into more hours as we scale)
