JOB OVERVIEW

I run a UK aesthetics and skin clinic and I’m looking for someone to help organically grow my Instagram account and build engagement with women in my local target area.

This is primarily an Instagram engagement role, NOT a content creation or sales role.

Your main responsibility will be spending focused time each day engaging from my Instagram account with women who fit my ideal client demographic.

You will:

* Find and engage with women in my target locations and demographic
* Watch and genuinely reply to relevant Instagram Stories
* Leave thoughtful, natural comments on posts
* Engage with local accounts and their audiences
* Interact with people who already engage with my content
* Help increase awareness of my account amongst local women
* Build genuine relationships and conversations through consistent engagement
* Help organically grow my local following

I do NOT want mass following, automated engagement, spam messages or generic comments such as “Love this!” or “Beautiful!”. Every interaction should feel natural and human.

You will be given clear guidance on my ideal audience, target locations, tone of voice and the types of accounts I want you to engage with.

At this stage, you will not be responsible for selling treatments, giving skincare/aesthetic advice or booking appointments. I will personally take over conversations that become enquiries.

Experience with organic Instagram engagement and account growth is strongly preferred.

Excellent written English is essential because you will be representing my brand.
