Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised, executive-level Accountant to lead financial management and administrative operations for our Australian client portfolio. This pivotal role demands a blend of technical mastery, strategic problem-solving, and executive-ready communication. You will serve as a trusted financial gatekeeper, ensuring flawless compliance while handling high-level business, estate, and private data with absolute discretion.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management:
Oversee full-cycle cloud bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Compliance & Tax: Drive Australian tax lodgements, financial compliance, and regulatory reporting.

Executive Support:
Provide high-level administrative support, bridging accounting and executive operations.
Data Governance: Maintain absolute confidentiality and security over sensitive data.

Qualifications & Skills Education:
Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
CPA or equivalent qualification is highly regarded and preferred.

Certification: Must hold an active Xero Certification with deep practical platform expertise.
Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in Senior Bookkeeping, Accounting.

Regional Expertise:
Proven experience managing Australian client compliance, tax frameworks, and financial systems.
Expert-level mastery of Xero, advanced Microsoft Excel/Word, and Google Workspace.

Language Fluency: C2-level English mastery with exceptional verbal and written corporate communication skills.
Core Traits: Meticulous attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and a high-performance mindset.
