# Full-Time Creator Partnerships & Operations Assistant

**Salary: ₱30,000 PHP/month**
**Hours: 40 hours per week**
**Remote | Long-Term Role**

We are an established e-commerce company looking for a reliable, highly organized **full-time Creator Partnerships & Operations Assistant** to join our team.

This is not a highly specialized role.

Your main responsibility will be managing communication with our content creators and making sure nothing gets missed. Outside of this, you will help with a variety of operational, research and administrative tasks using tools such as ChatGPT, Notion, Google Sheets and other AI software.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, responsive and capable of figuring things out without needing constant supervision.

## Your Main Responsibilities

### Creator Communication & Management

You will take ownership of our creator communication.

This includes:

* Replying to creators quickly and professionally
* Following up with creators who have not responded
* Onboarding new creators
* Sending creative briefs and instructions
* Following up on outstanding videos/content
* Keeping our creator tracker completely up to date
* Organizing submitted content
* Saving and categorizing videos and raw footage
* Making sure deadlines are followed
* Identifying strong creators we should work with again
* Flagging any problems that require management attention

We do not want management having to remember which creator needs to be followed up with.

**You will own this process.**

## AI, Research & General Operations

When creator communication is under control, you will assist the team with ad hoc tasks such as:

* Using ChatGPT and other AI tools for research
* Competitor research
* Organizing information
* Creating and updating SOPs
* Turning Loom videos or instructions into written processes
* Updating Notion
* Updating spreadsheets and trackers
* Collecting and organizing data
* Researching brands, creators, products or competitors
* Drafting outreach messages
* Uploading and organizing files
* Helping complete miscellaneous operational tasks
* Supporting other members of the team when required

The exact tasks will change from week to week, so you need to be comfortable learning new things.

## What We Are Looking For

You should be:

* Highly organized
* Reliable
* Fast at replying to messages
* Comfortable following up and chasing people
* Fluent in written English
* Detail-oriented
* Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT
* Comfortable using Google Sheets
* Comfortable learning new software
* Able to follow instructions carefully
* Able to work independently
* Proactive when you see something that needs to be done
* Comfortable asking questions when genuinely necessary
* Able to solve simple problems yourself rather than waiting for instructions

Previous experience with creators, influencer marketing, e-commerce or Amazon is useful but **not required**.

We care more about your attitude, organization and ability to learn.

## What Success Looks Like

After joining the team:

* Creator messages are answered within one working day
* No creator is forgotten
* Overdue creators are consistently followed up
* Every active creator is correctly recorded in our tracker
* Submitted content is organized properly
* Management can immediately see the status of every creator
* Operational tasks are completed accurately and on time
* You increasingly become someone the team can rely on to get things done

## Salary & Schedule

**Starting salary: ₱30,000 PHP per month**

This is a **full-time, 40-hour-per-week position**.

This is intended to be a long-term position for the right person.

There will be opportunities to take on more responsibility over time as you prove yourself.
