JOB OVERVIEW

CLOCO is a new women’s activewear and underwear brand creating non-toxic clothing for women who care about their health without compromising on how they look and feel.

We are building more than a clothing brand.

We want to create a community of women who care about what they put on their bodies, feel confident in themselves and want better options from the clothing industry.

We are looking for a smart, proactive and highly organised E Commerce Growth & Social Media Assistant to help us grow.

Your main goals will be simple:
- Grow our email list.
- Grow our social media following.
- Help turn that audience into a strong community and eventually customers.

What You Will Be Responsible For:
- Email List Growth
- You will help us aggressively grow our email database before and after launch.

This will include:
- Creating and testing email sign up strategies
- Creating lead magnets and sign up incentives
- Finding new ways to drive social followers onto our email list
- Helping build pre launch and product waitlists
- Reporting weekly email subscriber growth
- Researching strategies other successful clothing brands are using

We want someone who thinks:
- How can we get another 1,000 relevant women onto this list?

Social Media Growth
You will help grow CLOCO across Instagram and TikTok.

Responsibilities include:
- Helping identify content opportunities and trends
- Researching viral content within activewear, women's health, fitness and wellness
- Engaging with relevant accounts and communities
- Responding to comments
- Identifying potential creators and brand partners
- Identifying which content is actually generating email sign ups
- Bringing new growth ideas to us every week

You will work closely with the founder, and we are happy for you to bring ideas to us.

You are someone who:

Understands e commerce and clothing brands
Understands that followers alone do not equal growth
Knows how to turn social traffic into email subscribers
Has experience growing Instagram or TikTok accounts
Understands short form content
Can spot strong hooks and content opportunities
Is comfortable with Shopify
Is extremely organised
Communicates clearly
Works quickly
Takes initiative
Does not need to be told every tiny task
Constantly looks for ways to improve results

And we are looking for somebody who wants to grow alongside our brand. There are going to be lots of amazing opportunities with this brand, and the faster we can grow it the more opportunity will arise.
