JOB OVERVIEW

We are an online video game music education program helping aspiring composers improve their skills, build professional portfolios, and pursue paid opportunities in the game industry. We offer mentorship programs, educational resources, community events, and student-led video game music talks.

About the Role

We're looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to help us build and manage an email nurture campaign for our existing leads and future subscribers. We already generate leads through paid advertising. The goal is to better nurture those leads through valuable, engaging emails that ultimately convert them into booked calls and customers.

Responsibilities
Develop an email nurture strategy and content calendar
Write approximately 4-7 emails per week
Create compelling subject lines, hooks, and CTAs
Feature student success stories and testimonials
Turn educational content into useful emails
Promote occasional community events and talks
Set up and manage automated email sequences
Improve deliverability and avoid spam issues
Track open rates, clicks, booked calls, and conversions
Test and optimize campaigns over time

We're looking for someone who understands email strategy and conversion, not simply someone who can write copy.

Please include examples of email campaigns you've worked on, measurable results if available, your approach to nurturing leads, and your expected monthly rate.
