JOB OVERVIEW

ob Type: Part-Time initially, with potential for long-term/full-time work
Start: Immediately
Location: Remote – Philippines preferred
Experience: 3+ years of proven Google Ads experience
Industry: E-Commerce / Clothing / Investment

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Manager / Google Ads Specialist who can start immediately and take responsibility for managing and optimising our Google advertising campaigns.

We operate an online clothing business and want to significantly increase sales through Google Ads. We are looking for someone who understands how to advertise individual products and product categories, rather than simply running generic search campaigns.

You must be commercially minded and focused on generating actual sales and profitable ROAS, not simply generating clicks or impressions.

There will also be a second project involving the creation and management of a Google Ads campaign for an investment opportunity connected to our company.

Main Responsibilities – Clothing E-Commerce

You will be responsible for:

* Reviewing our existing website and Google Ads/Google Merchant Center setup.
* Identifying the products with the greatest sales potential.
* Creating highly targeted Google Shopping / Performance Max / Search campaigns.
* Setting up campaigns around specific products, brands, categories and high-intent searches.
* Reviewing product feeds and identifying any Merchant Center issues.
* Optimising product titles, descriptions, images and other information where required for advertising performance.
* Managing bids, budgets, keywords, audiences and search terms.
* Monitoring conversions and ensuring proper conversion tracking is installed.
* Analysing which products are actually producing profitable sales.
* Cutting wasted advertising spend.
* Scaling campaigns that are performing well.
* Continuously testing different products, audiences, keywords, ads and campaign structures.
* Providing regular reports showing spend, revenue, conversions, CPA and ROAS.

Sales Is the Priority

We are not looking for someone who simply manages an advertising account.

We want someone who understands e-commerce and can help us generate as many profitable sales as possible.

You should be able to look at our website and say:

“These products should be advertised first, this is how I would structure the campaigns, this is the budget I recommend, and this is how we can scale the winners.”

You should be comfortable making decisions based on actual performance data.

Second Project – Investment Opportunity

In addition to the clothing business, we want to create a separate Google Ads campaign for an investment opportunity associated with our company.

You will be expected to:

* Understand the investment proposition.
* Help identify the appropriate target audience.
* Research relevant keywords and audiences.
* Develop appropriate campaign structures.
* Create compelling but compliant ad copy.
* Build landing-page/conversion strategies.
* Set up appropriate tracking.
* Monitor leads and conversion rates.
* Optimise the campaign based on actual results.

Important: You must understand that financial/investment advertising can be subject to Google advertising policies and applicable laws. We expect the successful candidate to work within those requirements and flag any compliance issues before launching campaigns.

We Also Want You to Teach Us

This is very important.

We don’t just want someone to manage the account for us.

We want someone who can teach us what you are doing and why you are doing it.

You should be comfortable sharing your screen with us and explaining:

* How Google Ads works.
* How to create campaigns.
* How to select products.
* How to set budgets.
* How to read campaign data.
* How to identify profitable products.
* How to optimise campaigns.
* How to scale successful campaigns.
* How to identify wasted spend.
* How to use Google Merchant Center.
* How to understand ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC and conversion rates.

We want to build a long-term working relationship where you become our Google Ads expert while also helping us become more knowledgeable ourselves.

Immediate Availability

We need someone who can start immediately.

You must be available for regular communication and be comfortable communicating through WhatsApp, Zoom/Google Meet or similar.

Initially, we would like to work closely together while the accounts are being reviewed and campaigns are built.

Requirements

You MUST have:

* At least 3 years of hands-on Google Ads experience.
* Strong experience with Google Shopping.
* Strong experience with Performance Max.
* Experience with e-commerce businesses.
* Experience advertising individual products.
* Experience with Google Merchant Center.
* Strong understanding of conversion tracking.
* Experience analysing ROAS and profitability.
* Excellent analytical skills.
* Excellent English communication skills.
* Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
* Ability to work independently.
* Immediate availability.

Strongly Preferred

Experience with:

* Fashion/clothing e-commerce.
* Shopify or WooCommerce.
* Product feeds.
* Google Analytics 4.
* Google Tag Manager.
* Merchant Center.
* Performance Max.
* Search campaigns.
* Remarketing.
* Conversion tracking.
* Scaling e-commerce accounts.
* Lead-generation campaigns.
* Financial/investment advertising.

What We Expect From You

We want you to be proactive.

Don’t simply wait for us to tell you what to do.

If you see something wrong, tell us.

If you see an opportunity, tell us.

If you think we are wasting money, tell us.

If you think a particular product could generate significant sales, show us how you would advertise it.

We want someone who thinks like a business owner and understands that £1/$1/AED spent on advertising needs to produce a measurable commercial return.

First Week Objectives

During your first week, we would expect you to:

1. Audit our website.
2. Audit our Google Ads account.
3. Audit Google Merchant Center.
4. Review our product catalogue.
5. Identify tracking problems.
6. Identify immediate opportunities.
7. Identify products worth advertising.
8. Recommend campaign structures.
9. Set up the initial campaigns.
10. Begin optimisation and testing.
11. Explain everything to us as you go.

To Apply

Please DO NOT send a generic application.

In your application, please provide:

1. Your Google Ads experience:
How many years have you been managing Google Ads?

2. E-commerce experience:
Tell us about the e-commerce businesses you have worked with.

Give us 2–3 examples of campaigns you have managed, including approximate advertising spend, sales generated and ROAS where possible.

5. Google Shopping / Performance Max:
Explain your experience with these campaign types.

6. Teaching:
Are you comfortable sharing your screen and teaching us how you manage the campaigns?

7. Availability:
How quickly can you start?

8. Working hours:
What hours are you normally available in Philippine time?

9. Your proposed approach:
If we gave you an online clothing store with hundreds of products tomorrow, what would you do during your first 7 days?

10. Your rates:
Please provide your hourly rate or monthly rate.

IMPORTANT APPLICATION TEST

At the beginning of your application, write:

“I CAN START IMMEDIATELY”

Applications that do not include this sentence may not be considered.

We are looking for someone who can start immediately, produce measurable results, communicate well, and become a long-term member of our team.

If you are confident that you can take an e-commerce Google Ads account, identify the products with the highest potential, drive sales and continuously improve ROAS, we would like to hear from you.
