**Full-Time | Remote | $5-$8 USD/Hour | Long-Term Position**

We are a growing construction company in Arizona looking for a highly capable **full-time Virtual Assistant** to join our team long-term.

This is **NOT a basic administrative or data-entry VA position.**

# What You'll Be Doing

This is a diverse position. Your responsibilities will primarily fall into the following areas:

## Cold Calling & Lead Outreach

A significant part of this position will involve communicating with potential customers and business contacts.

You will:

* Make outbound calls to potential customers
* Contact homeowners who may have recently experienced fire damage
* Follow up with leads by phone, text, and email
* Make outbound calls to potential referral partners and business contacts
* Follow established scripts while still sounding natural
* Ask questions and gather information
* Follow up consistently with people who don't initially respond
* Help generate qualified leads and appointments
* Document conversations and activity in our CRM

**You MUST be comfortable picking up the phone and talking to people.**

You don't need to be the world's greatest salesperson, but you cannot be afraid of cold calling.

If you strongly dislike talking to strangers or making outbound calls, **this position is not a good fit.**

## GoHighLevel & CRM

Experience with **GoHighLevel is highly preferred.**

Depending on your experience, you may help with:

* Managing contacts
* Managing CRM data
* Creating and updating opportunities

You will help manage and grow the company owner's LinkedIn presence.

Our goal is to build genuine relationships, increase visibility, establish authority, and create business opportunities.

You may help with:

* Finding people and companies we want to connect with
* Sending connection requests
* Managing LinkedIn outreach
* Following up with connections
* Engaging with other people's content
* Writing thoughtful comments
* Researching prospects
* Creating LinkedIn posts
* Brainstorming content ideas
* Using AI to help create and improve content
* Tracking outreach and engagement
* Helping grow the owner's professional network

**We are NOT interested in spamming thousands of people.**

## Social Media & Content Creation

You may also help us create and manage marketing content.

Responsibilities may include:

## Email & SMS Marketing

You may help create and manage:

Experience with GoHighLevel email/SMS marketing or other email marketing platforms is a major plus.
