# Social Media & Digital Marketing VA

**Full-Time / Part-Time | Long-Term Position

We are a growing Heating & Cooling company based in **Melbourne, Australia**, looking for a talented **Social Media & Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant** to help grow our brand and generate more leads.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of our day-to-day social media and digital marketing — not someone who needs to be told exactly what to post every day.

## Your Main Responsibilities

### Social Media Management

* Manage our Instagram and Facebook accounts
* Assist with TikTok and short-form video content
* Create and schedule regular posts
* Create Instagram Reels and Stories
* Turn raw job-site photos and videos into engaging content
* Create before-and-after posts
* Write captions and calls-to-action
* Create branded graphics in Canva
* Edit videos using CapCut or similar software
* Maintain a consistent content calendar
* Research content ideas and current trends
* Monitor competitors and other successful trade businesses
* Respond to basic comments and messages

### Content Creation

Our technicians regularly complete air-conditioning installations, services and repairs throughout Melbourne.

We will provide raw photos and videos.

Your job will be to turn these into professional content such as:

* Installation showcases
* Before-and-after transformations
* Educational HVAC videos
* Customer testimonials
* Reels
* Stories
* Promotions
* Seasonal campaigns
* Frequently asked questions
* Behind-the-scenes content
* Staff/team content

You should be comfortable taking basic footage and turning it into content that looks professional.

### Digital Marketing

You will also assist with:

* Email marketing campaigns
* Customer database marketing
* Google Business Profile posts
* Review generation campaigns
* Website content
* Blog and case study creation
* Local suburb/service content
* Competitor research
* Promotional campaigns
* Lead tracking
* Marketing reporting
* SEO content
* Helping improve website conversion
* Developing new ideas to generate HVAC leads

Experience with **Google Ads, Meta Ads and SEO** is highly regarded.

## Software Experience

Experience with the following is preferred:

* Canva
* CapCut
* Meta Business Suite
* Instagram
* Facebook
* TikTok
* Google Business Profile
* WordPress
* ChatGPT / AI tools
* Google Sheets
* Email marketing platforms
