Job Summary:

Tarp Supply Inc. is seeking a results-driven PPC / Google Ads Specialist to build, manage, optimize, and scale our paid search and shopping campaigns, with a strong focus on profitable e-commerce revenue, qualified commercial leads, customer acquisition, and advertising ROI/ROAS.

The ideal candidate understands that successful PPC is about much more than generating impressions and clicks. You must be able to identify high-intent buyers, optimize product feeds and Shopping campaigns, control wasted ad spend, accurately track purchases and leads, analyze profitability, and continuously improve campaign performance based on reliable data.
You will work closely with our e-commerce, marketing, sales, and management teams to grow online sales through Google Search, Google Shopping, Performance Max, and other appropriate paid advertising channels.
For commercial, wholesale, bulk-order, and custom-tarp campaigns, you will also be responsible for generating and tracking qualified leads, phone calls, quote requests, and other high-value conversions.
Key Responsibilities

• Identify and eliminate wasted advertising spend.
• Develop strategies to scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability.
• Monitor competitor advertising strategies, positioning, pricing, and promotional activity.
• Ensure campaigns comply with Google Ads policies and current best practices.

Google Shopping & Merchant Center
• Manage and optimize Google Merchant Center and Google Shopping campaigns.
• Monitor product-feed health, disapprovals, warnings, and policy issues.
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, product types, Google product categories, images, pricing, and other feed attributes.
• Work with Shopify product data and product feeds to improve Shopping visibility and conversion performance.
• Segment products based on category, margin, price, seasonality, performance, and business priorities.
• Identify high-performing and underperforming SKUs.

• Ensure purchase values and transaction data are accurately passed into advertising and analytics platforms.
• Implement and maintain Enhanced Conversions and other appropriate first-party measurement solutions.
• Analyze attribution to determine which campaigns, keywords, search terms, ads, products, and channels generate the most profitable customers.
• Identify tracking discrepancies and ensure campaign data is accurate, reliable, and actionable.
