JOB OVERVIEW

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A ROCKSTAR ON THE PHONE.

Not someone who reads a script. Someone who can pick up the phone, get past a
receptionist, and have a real conversation with a busy American builder.

If that is you, keep reading. If it is not, this will waste your time.

WHO WE ARE

We are a licensed insulation contractor in Los Angeles, California. We install
insulation in new homes. Business is growing and we need people to open doors
for us.

WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO

- Call construction companies from a list we hand you. No hunting for leads.
- Get to the person who d ---------- on subcontractors
- Book a 15 minute call for our estimator
- Log what happened

You are not selling insulation. You are booking the meeting. That is it.

THE MONEY

- ₱7,000 per week base, for 40 hours
- ₱850 for EVERY appointment that actually happens
- NO CAP. We do not limit what you can earn.

Book 4 in a week, you earn ₱10,400.
Book 8 in a week, you earn ₱13,800.
Our best callers should be clearing ₱45,000 a month.

We pay every Friday. On time. No excuses, no delays.

THE PART MOST PEOPLE CANNOT HANDLE

This is a night shift. 10pm to 6am Philippine time, Monday to Friday.

We cannot change it. American builders are only at their desks during their
working day, and that is the middle of your night. If you cannot commit to
those hours every week, please do not apply. You will burn out and we will
both have wasted our time.

But if you can handle it, most people cannot, and that is exactly why this
pays what it pays.

WHAT YOU NEED

- English clear enough that a busy American builder understands you instantly
- Real outbound calling experience. This is not an entry level role.
- Thick skin. You will hear no far more often than yes.
- A headset with a microphone. Not a phone speaker.
- Reliable internet, a quiet room, and a backup plan when the power cuts.

HOW THE HIRING WORKS, AND WHY IT IS FAIR

We are taking SIX people onto a two week PAID trial.

Everyone gets the same script, the same hours, and the same quality of leads.
Nobody gets an easier list. At the end we keep the people booking the most
appointments and they stay with us long term.

Everyone gets paid for the trial. Nobody works for free here.

If you are genuinely good on the phone, this is the best kind of process,
because you are judged on what you do, not on how nice your CV looks.
