EXPERIENCED TRUCK DISPATCHER & CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST — REMOTE
Burnsed Trucking is hiring an experienced, dependable professional to manage dispatch operations and deliver excellent customer service. This is a long-term, full-time remote role for someone who understands trucking, communicates confidently by phone, learns technology quickly, and stays calm when priorities change.
NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS — PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING
• English communication: Near-native spoken and written English is required.
• Pronunciation/accent: Applicants must speak with a neutral or very minimal accent and be immediately and easily understood by North American customers and drivers on live calls. This is essential for the role.
• Dispatch/logistics experience: At least 2 years of hands-on trucking dispatch, transportation logistics, or fleet operations experience is required. General customer service or virtual-assistant experience alone is not enough.
• Applicants who do not meet both the English communication and dispatch/logistics experience requirements will not be considered.
SCHEDULE
• Monday through Saturday
• 6:00 AM–7:00 PM Manila time
• 12 paid hours per day / 72 paid hours per week
• Sunday is the weekly rest day
• Reliable attendance and full availability throughout the scheduled shift are essential
COMPENSATION
• PHP 110,000–120,000 per month, depending on directly relevant experience and demonstrated skill
• Compensation reflects the experience required and the extended work schedule
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate and dispatch drivers, trucks, loads, pickups, and deliveries
• Monitor routes, ETAs, appointments, and load status throughout the shift
• Communicate professionally with drivers, customers, brokers, and company management by phone,
• Provide prompt updates and accurate information to customers
• Respond quickly to delays, breakdowns, missed appointments, route changes, and other time-sensitive issues
• Prioritize multiple active situations while remaining calm and organized
• Update the TMS, CRM, dispatch software, spreadsheets, and internal records accurately and in real time
• Maintain complete notes and documentation, including load details, BOLs, PODs, delivery confirmations, and issue history
• Escalate safety, service, or operational problems promptly
• Help improve dispatch procedures, communication, and customer experience
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in truck dispatching, transportation logistics, or fleet operations — REQUIRED
• Proven phone-based customer service experience with North American customers or drivers
• Near-native English fluency, both spoken and written — REQUIRED
• Neutral or very minimal accent with clear, professional pronunciation that is immediately and easily understood on live calls — REQUIRED
• Strong knowledge of trucking terminology and dispatch workflows, including routes, ETAs, appointments, delays, detention, BOLs, and PODs
• Relevant dispatch and logistics experience will be verified during the interview process
• Strong technology skills and confidence learning new TMS, CRM, dispatch, phone, and messaging systems
• Excellent judgment, attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
• Ability to multitask and make sound decisions in a fast-moving environment
• Professional, patient, accountable, and dependable
• Able to work independently without constant supervision
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Reliable computer suitable for running several browser tabs and business applications at once
• Stable high-speed internet connection, plus a dependable backup connection
• Backup power plan for outages
• Quality noise-canceling USB headset
• Quiet, professional workspace suitable for frequent phone calls
