NOW HIRING: Medical Front Desk VA – Physical Therapy, Wellness, Massage, and Pilates (Remote | Part-Time to Full-Time)

We’re looking for an experienced Medical Front Desk VA to support a Physical Therapy, Wellness, Massage, and Pilates practice.

Position Details:
• Part-time to start, with opportunity to transition to full-time
• Long-term | Remote
• $5–$6/hour, based on experience
• Paid U.S. Holidays

Clinic Details:
• Specialty: Physical Therapy / Wellness / Massage / Pilates
• EHR/EMR: PT Everywhere
• Phone System: Weave
• VAs Needed: 1

Key Responsibilities:
• Referral tracking and follow-ups
• Patient follow-up and scheduling
• Payment posting
• Claims filing and follow-up

Non-Negotiable Requirements:
• Experience handling Medicare and Medicaid
• Experience working with out-of-network insurance
• Strong insurance and claims knowledge
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

We’re looking for someone detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating with patients and insurance companies.
