About Us
We are a U.S.-based towing company operating within the AAA Northeast network as an Independent Service Provider (ISP). Our company handles roadside assistance and towing services and has built a strong reputation for reliability and performance. We are now launching a dispatching company that will support towing companies and roadside providers across the United States. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us long-term and become a key part of our operations team.
Your Role
As a Towing Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating roadside assistance and towing services, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, and maintaining clear communication with drivers and customers. -Monitor job lifecycle (Dispatched ? Enroute ? On Scene ? Completed)
-Communicate with drivers and customers (calls, chat, updates)
-Handle delays, reassignments, and escalations
-Maintain accurate job notes and updates
-Follow dispatch workflows and SOPs
What We’re Looking For
-Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
-Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
-Comfortable handling urgent and high-pressure situations
-Reliable and detail-oriented
Experience in Any of the Following is a Major Advantage
Dispatching (towing, trucking, logistics, or delivery)
BPO voice account experience (customer support, call handling)
Roadside assistance or towing operations
Familiarity with dispatch systems, GPS tracking, or CRM tools
Work Setup
Remote (Work from Home)
Start: Part-time (20–30 hours/week)
Transition to Full-time (40 hours/week)
Must be available to work U.S. hours (night shift PH time)
Compensation & Growth
Starting Rate: $3.00 – $5.00 per hour
Your rate is based on your experience and skill level coming in. This is not a flat rate — we believe in paying more for performance, and we back that up:
-60-90 days: Performance review — rate increase based on quality, speed & reliability
-Full-time transition: Higher base rate as you take on more responsibility
-Ongoing: Performance bonuses and incentives on top of your hourly rate

"A driver calls mid-job — the vehicle is an AWD SUV but he only has a wheel-lift truck. The customer is already waiting. What do you do?"
